ABOUT THIS ROLE: As our Social Media Content Manager, your role will be to strategically shape and amplify Kaylo’s digital presence, bringing both our brand & founder accounts to life across multiple platforms. You’ll be responsible for crafting a content ecosystem that not only informs and inspires, but also drives meaningful engagement and growth.
This is a dynamic opportunity to deliver compelling, visually rich content, bold ideas and emotionally resonant storytelling to Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook & beyond. To thrive in this role, you’ll need a strong eye for digital storytelling, a clear grasp of current trends, and a creative sensibility grounded in the health & wellbeing space.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Reviewing and curating content from Kaylo’s extensive archive of footage, identifying high-impact moments that reflect our mission, values, and offerings Transformation raw footage & archive material into high-performing reels, videos, infographics, and captions Creating a comprehensive content plan that outlines how archived and new content can be repurposed to support brand storytelling, product promotion, and campaign goals Producing platform-specific content—including reels, videos, graphics, and written copy—for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok and beyond Publishing and scheduling content in alignment with our editorial calendar using Agorapulse, ensuring consistency, rhythm, and impact Collaborating closely with the marketing team to ensure all content is aligned with our strategic objectives and supports wider campaign initiatives Maintaining brand voice and visual identity across every piece of content, ensuring tone, style, and message consistency Writing and editing content for blogs, newsletters, websites, and promotional materials, helping extend the reach and depth of our storytelling Conducting trend research, audience analysis, and occasional interviews to inform content direction and enhance resonance Engaging with followers across platforms—responding to comments, initiating conversations, and supporting community management Monitoring performance metrics and platform analytics to refine strategy, increase visibility, and grow site traffic and conversions Supporting the design and execution of new creative concepts and campaign ideas in collaboration with the wider creative and marketing teams Proactively identifying new opportunities to amplify our voice, highlight practitioners, and promote online offerings to new audiences This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and execution—someone who can hold the big picture while expertly crafting the day-to-day details that bring it to life online.
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLSET : Proven experience owning and growing social media channels for wellness brands, thought leaders, or content platforms A natural flair for storytelling and visual branding Experience crafting campaigns that deliver real reach, resonance, and results Ability to adopt & effectively communicate in line with our brand tone of voice & guidelines A deep understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn algorithms + best practices Comfort using tools like Canva, Adobe, Notion, Later/Planoly, Meta tools, etc. Confidence to work autonomously and collaboratively Bonus points if you’ve worked with coaches, creators, or in wellbeing/transformational brands
