I’m building a YouTube channel around a dark, cinematic persona think: identity transformation, introverted power, and going from invisible to undeniable. Not self-help. Not hype. More like a gritty, story-driven saga. Subtle. Visual. Cinematic. Real. Self-symbolism.
Inspirational journey type thing for people who feel similar but live through me into developing presence.
Looking for someone who can do the below:
Help shape content ideas, hooks, and narrative arcs
Understand how to build a vibe — not just post clips
Plan when content is posted / direction / strategy
Analyse trends, stats etc
Add creative direction (not just execution)
Grow with the brand — I don’t need polished, I need passion and vision
Bonus if you can edit shorts and long-form content with story, pacing, and emotional depth
$50-$100 per hour for creative strategist.
Initially we'll be starting with 10-15 shorts only. First script is:
