We're a UK-based finance partner for marketing, PR, and creative agencies (providing outsourced finance support).
We're looking for a freelance Bookkeeper / Finance Assistant to start by supporting one of our key clients (a growing marketing agency). The support would include processing using Xero and they client's project management platform too (we’ll provide training). Over time, there may be opportunities to support other clients as the relationship grows.
This is a client-facing role for someone confident with bookkeeping, comfortable with software, and available ca 3 days per week. We’re ideally looking to build a long-term working relationship.
The job will include tasks such as:
✅ Managing purchase and sales ledgers ✅ Processing supplier invoices and payments ✅ Raising and sending client invoices ✅ Chasing overdue payments (credit control) ✅ Bank and credit card reconciliations ✅ Assisting with monthly management accounts ✅ Working in a project management platform (training provided) ✅ Communicating directly with client's team
