We’re looking to reach out to companies who may benefit from these services. I need a freelancer to research and create a list of 50 to 100 businesses in the UK who are likely to need support like this—especially:
Product design consultancies
R&D departments
Engineering and prototyping firms
Hardware startups or makerspaces
What you’ll need to do: Find businesses (UK only), and build a simple spreadsheet that includes:
Company Name
Website
Contact Email (ideally a decision maker or general contact)
Location (town or county)
Industry type (e.g. “Product Design” or “Engineering Consultancy”)
Notes (e.g. “Mentions prototyping services” or “Designs electronics casings”)
Requirements: UK-based businesses only (no international)
Contacts must be valid—avoid fake emails or scraped junk
Priority on businesses that clearly mention prototyping, product design, or short-run manufacturing
I will provide a simple spreadsheet format with dropdowns to make this easy.
Budget: £30–£50 fixed price depending on volume and quality.
This is a one-off project, but I’m looking for someone who I can use regularly if it works well.
