About the Project We’re looking for a talented, detail-oriented motion designer to bring a branded video series to life for Ward Plumbing, Heating & Air, a well-established HVAC company in Western NC. (we have the videos already edited and in place, now just for motion graphics + text) This project includes: * 3 Core 60-second videos 1. What to Expect from Our Comfort Advisor 2. What to Expect from Our Install Crew 3. Full Ward Journey (combo version) * 5 Social Reels (15–30 sec each) with stylized hooks, text tracking, and branded CTA moments
What We’re Looking For We need someone who: * Has a sharp eye for branded text design and layout * Is confident with motion graphics, text animation, and light visual storytelling * Can confidently guide creative decisions where needed (we don’t want generic or overused effects) * Understands how to create graphics that align with high-trust industries (not trendy TikTok effects — think clean, professional, elevated)
Scope of Work 1. On-Brand Motion Design & Transitions * Use supplied .ai logo/element files to create animated transitions: WARD Elements * Reference style: Zepbound ad – particularly how logo/brand shapes flow into scenes * Branding inspiration: wardph.com 2. Text Design & Tracking * Bold, clear, modern text tracking using brand colors/fonts * Some sequences involve text that is anchored or revealed in sync with drone shots * Text must remain legible over light/dark footage 3. Call-to-Action Endings (3 Variations per Video) * Logo + Tagline * Logo + Tagline + URL * Logo + Tagline + Phone + URL 4. Deliverables * Transparent ProRes 4444 renders (with alpha) for final compositing * Files delivered via Dropbox or Drive * Communication through Milanote board, email + one 30-minute kickoff call
How We’ll Work We’re prioritizing quality and collaboration. You’ll have full access to the Milanote board, AI assets, text tracking guides, and reference cuts. But we need someone who genuinely cares about nailing the brand look and feel. To confirm fit, we’d like to start with a 15–20 second test preview (Comfort Advisor video) using the provided assets and style guide. If it's a match, we’ll move forward with full delivery.
