We're seeking a data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong command of Google Ads to run high-converting paid campaigns. You’ll play a pivotal role in increasing qualified leads, reducing CAC, and boosting our brand visibility in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities: • Plan and execute Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Retargeting) with the goal of lead generation and customer acquisition. • Analyse competitor ads Sprinto (https://sprinto.com/) and position our offering with a compelling value proposition. • Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns for CTR, conversion rate, and cost-per-lead (CPL). • Conduct keyword research and manage negative keywords to improve ad relevance and ROI. • Create persuasive ad copy and collaborate with the content and design team for landing pages. • Track, analyse, and report on performance metrics using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other tools. • Suggest and test A/B variations for ad creatives and landing pages. • Stay on top of digital marketing trends, particularly in the compliance tech/SaaS sector.
Requirements: • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, particularly in SaaS or B2B tech. • Strong understanding of lead generation funnels and conversion optimization. • Experience analysing competitors and leveraging insights into campaign design. • Proficiency with tools like Google Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager, SEMrush, and Hotjar. • Excellent communication and copywriting skills. • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Preferred: • Experience marketing compliance or cybersecurity solutions. • Knowledge of tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRMs. • Familiarity with B2B buyer journeys and enterprise tech decision-making processes.
