We are seeking an experienced Xorosoft ERP Expert to join our team and play a critical role in managing, optimizing, and supporting our ERP operations. The ideal candidate will have real, hands-on experience with the Xorosoft ERP system, both from an internal user and implementation/support perspective. Your deep understanding of ERP workflows, system integrations, and business process automation will drive operational efficiency and informed decision-making across our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary subject matter expert on the Xorosoft ERP system Oversee the day-to-day use, configuration, and maintenance of Xorosoft ERP modules (Finance, Inventory, Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing, etc.) Lead ERP implementation, upgrades, and integration projects Develop custom reports, dashboards, and workflows tailored to business needs Train users and support staff on Xorosoft ERP functionalities Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues in a timely manner Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Operations, etc.) to optimize system use and improve processes Maintain system integrity, data quality, and access controls Liaise with Xorosoft technical support as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience working with Xorosoft ERP software (minimum 2+ years) Strong knowledge of ERP workflows, data management, and process automation Demonstrated experience with ERP implementation, customization, and support Practical understanding of business functions such as finance, logistics, inventory, or manufacturing Experience troubleshooting ERP issues and providing user support Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to document processes and train end users effectively ERP certification(s) or formal Xorosoft training is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in industries such as manufacturing, wholesale distribution, or retail Familiarity with integrations between ERP and third-party systems (e.g., eCommerce, CRM, BI tools) Background in IT systems or business analysis
