To complete this task I will provide you with two exosring bundles. One of the bundles is a compliant bundle containing a compliant index, which I have named as the discontinuation hearing bundle, along with the other bundle , named the Supplementary bundle. Please add the documents from the Supplementary bundle into the new discontinuation hearing bundle and update the index, being careful not to duplicate any documents. I will pay an additional £100 for this task.
A proper bundle should have different documents in the appropriate tab: EG
1. Pleadings: Claim form; Particulars of Claim; Defence; Reply etc 2. Application Notices 3. Witness Statements 4. Court orders 5. Correspondence 6. Miscellaneous i.e. Schedule of costs etc
The compliant bundle has the correct index format; you need to:
1. Place the documents in the supplementary bundle into the appropriate tabs in chronological order. 2. Remove all pagination in the final bundle and repaginate so that the page numbering you add to the footer matches the number of pages in the Adobe PDF file. There should only be one added page number. 3. I will also provide my skeleton argument, which refers to paragraphs in the Supplementary Bundle. I would like you to insert the correct page numbers in the Skeleton Argument as well, adjusting to the new final bundle. This all has to be done urgently as the bundle was meant to be filed two days ago.
