Your role will be instrumental in identifying promising talent, conducting brief 15-minute introduction meetings, and compiling detailed candidate reports, including resumes and recorded video interviews. Key Responsibilities: - Search for and identify strong candidates on LinkedIn and other hiring platforms. - Leverage a strong network of global software engineers to find top talent. - Schedule and conduct brief 15-minute introductory meetings with potential hires. - Record the meetings and compile insights into structured reports. - Provide candidate details, including resumes and recorded interviews, for review. Requirements: - Experience in talent sourcing and recruiting. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Ability to assess candidates quickly and effectively. - Established network on LinkedIn, particularly with software engineers worldwide. - Familiarity with LinkedIn and other recruitment tools. - Comfortable conducting and recording virtual interviews.
