Seeking a UK family lawyer with experience of children act proceedings to provide support in relation to a consent order.
Specifically, you will be expected to:
(A) Participate in a video consultation with the respondent (who is my partner) for up to 1hr to gain an understanding of the context.
(B) Undertake a review of correspondence to date between the applicant and the respondent that has led to the consent order in its draft form.
(C) Undertake a review of the draft consent order, ensuring that it is fair and reasonable for the respondent and providing advice to the respondent as to potential negotiating positions, and likely challenges/hurdles in obtaining approval of the consent order (in the event it is further amended) by the appointed judge.
