We are looking for an HR administrative assistant to support our growing company.
The role will support the administrative assistant on key HR related tasks.
Tasks Include
• Co-ordinating recruitment, on-boarding and termination • Setting up, co-ordinating and managing performance reviews • Ensuring employees have tools to work at all times (designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.) • Ensuring holidays and sick time are tracked in the system • Facilitating resolutions to any payroll errors • Maintaining current HR files, including records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
Requirements
• Proven experience of at least one year of working on similar HR related role • Possession of business degree or related professional qualifications • Demonstrable understanding of HR best practices • Previous on-site experience working in a corporate environment • Excellent written and oral English skills • Ability to manage a team • Previous experience working with an HR CRM • Strong excel or bookkeeping skills
A retainer is our desired option, after an initial trial period.
