This role provides oversight of daily property operations and coordinates guest interactions for vacation rental properties located throughout Europe. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of property upkeep and maintenance, listing available units on major booking platforms, and promptly responding to guest inquiries and reservations.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience managing vacation rentals or working in hospitality. Strong organizational abilities and an eye for detail are essential to keep operations running smoothly. The successful applicant must be based within Europe to easily assist guests in person if needed and reliably handle after-hours requests.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are a must to field questions from prospective renters and address any issues that arise during stays. Methodical record keeping of schedules, tasks and transactions is important. This role requires being readily available online and via phone during peak booking and travel periods. The selected candidate will oversee all guest services and distribution of guest updates and information.
