Key requirements include defining vendor and admin user roles, creating vendor profiles and storefronts, adding products with variations, taxes and inventory management, accepting online payments, order management, shipping and tracking, sales reporting, affiliate programs and more. Developers should have strong skills in PHP, MySQL, REST APIs, payment gateways and delivering high performance, secure and optimized solutions.
