I’m looking for a HubSpot freelancer to create and implement an automated email nurture campaign for my HR consultancy business, KVR Consultancy Ltd. This campaign will be triggered when clients download HR policy templates from my website. The goal is to build engagement, offer value, and encourage repeat visits or purchases.
Scope of Work:
Email Campaign Strategy: - Create a short series of 3–5 automated follow-up emails to engage new leads who download templates. - Emails should introduce other templates/services, offer guidance, and include a soft CTA (e.g. “Explore more templates,” “Book a call,” etc.).
HubSpot Setup:
- Build and automate the campaign using my existing HubSpot account. - Segment contacts appropriately (e.g. by template type, new vs. returning). - Set up email workflows, delays, triggers, and tags as required.
Integration:
- Ensure seamless integration with my Wix website (template downloads trigger the campaign). - Ensure users can easily unsubscribe in line with GDPR best practices. - Test and optimise for deliverability and mobile viewing.
