Expected duration: 1 - 2 weeks The Human Resources Specialist Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates for various positions within the company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations. Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates using various methods, such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the position.
Work with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and job specifications.
Post job advertisements on various platforms and manage applicant tracking systems.
Conduct reference checks and background checks on selected candidates.
Negotiate salary and benefits packages with candidates.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.
Report on recruitment metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate environment.
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
