I run a US-based small consulting business (6 employees) and we use Quickbooks online. We have been in business since 2021. In that time, we have had 3 checking accounts (Bluevine (primary), Quickbooks (secondary), and Citizens (closed). We have had 2 credit cards (Chase Ink Cash and Chase Ink Preferred (opened this year)). Almost all of our transactions are on Bluevine and Chase Ink Cash.
While we've been mostly good about keeping up with Quickbooks hygiene, there are a few things that would benefit from a Quickbooks expert.
1. One-time reconciliation. We lapsed reconciling since last summer, and are struggling to find the gap. All transactions are categorized. 2. Balance Sheet cleanup. My account categories are inaccurate. We need a one-time cleanup to create an accurate balance sheet.
I'd like a Quickbooks expert who can work quickly and diligently to clean up our system, so we can easily maintain it going forward. I'd have you work directly with my admin.
I can provide Quickbooks access, as well as bank statements for all accounts since inception.
