Summary We’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented video editor to join our growing marketing team.
Your primary focus will be crafting scroll-stopping short-form content that aligns with our branding and helps us grow our social media presence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Edit short-form videos (under 60 seconds) that drive engagement on platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Apply branding guidelines consistently across all content
- Use pacing, sound, and visual storytelling to hook viewers within the first 3 seconds
- Work with our team to brainstorm improvements and iterate based on feedback
- Select the strongest cuts, effects, and subtitles to enhance viewer retention
- Ensure content is optimized for mobile and social-first viewing
- Stay on top of current short-form trends to keep content relevant and fresh
Skills & Requirements:
- Proven experience editing short-form video content that gets attention
- Strong grasp of storytelling, rhythm, and retention strategies
- Ability to think like a marketer, not just an editor
- Fluent in editing tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar
- Bonus: experience working with health/wellness-related content or UGC
- Bonus: motion graphics or animation skills
Location: - Remote
Pay Range: - Pay per video. We’re currently offering rates based on time efficiency and quality — typically in the range of $20–$35 USD/hour.
