We’re looking for motivated, fluent English speakers based in the Middle East, Egypt, Morocco, or Tunisia who are ready to provide top-tier support and communication to our clients.
What You’ll Do:
Respond to customer inquiries via chat or email in a professional, timely manner
Follow detailed guidelines and scripts to ensure consistency
Handle sensitive conversations with care, empathy, and accuracy
Report issues and feedback to management as needed
Requirements:
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Full-time availability (40 hours/week)
