Our existing banking front-end and mobile app have had the same design for approximately 5 years, they are due for a refresh. Technology has moved along and the existing UI/UX has a number of issues that need addressing

Unify the existing desktop and mobile app design Not required to be identical, we understand that users have different expectations on the desktop vs. mobile, however they look/should feel like the same service
Work should result in a set of rendered screens for both app/desktop suitable for developers to implement.

Custom Content Bespoke content management (i.e. ‘information pages’, ‘emergency help’, ‘tips and tricks pages’) Profile Management (allow end use to see their personal information - name, address, and update it
Essential Requirements The services are white-labelled, a colour pallet should be able to be applied to the design to bring a branded version to tenants with minimal changes to the design (i.e. a dark colour, a light colour, an accent colour, etc) Designs must be compliant with WCAG 2.1 Not be bought in and customised from a stock theme, Not require attribution or author branding/tags/metadata
