Structural Insulated Panel construction drawings and 3D model. A full material takeoff list and assembly checklists for both the workshop and jobsite are required to facilitate efficient production and construction. The deliverables aim to standardized and optimize the SIP panel manufacturing process. Reference will be made to an existing Sketchup model provided by the client that details all dimensional requirements. The construction documents need to offer clear visual and written guidance for workflows in workshop cutting/framing and on-site erection. Focus will be given to design for manufacture principles to streamline fabrication while maintaining structural integrity standards.
