Hi there, I'm looking for someone to produce accurate, to-scale planning drawings for a garage conversion in North Somerset. The building already exists — I just need "existing only" drawings for a retrospective planning application.
What I need:
Floorplans and elevations at 1:50 or 1:100, with scale bars or figured dimensions A site layout plan at 1:200 or 1:500, showing access and parking The red line and blue line boundaries to be shown correctly Final files must be in PDF format, suitable for submission to the council I can provide:
Photos of all elevations Measurements and sketches Previous plans (for reference, though they weren’t to scale), the drawings themselves could be used, but the scaling needs correcting. This is a small, low-complexity project. I’m happy to work with a technician, freelancer, student, or trainee architect, as long as the final result meets UK planning standards.
I have uploaded an example of the errors that need correcting. There are 6 drawings in total, 4 elevations and x2 floor plans. The content of the images are correct, it's the scaling and technical elements that are wrong.
Budget: I’m hoping to keep this affordable (around £100–£250). Timeline: ASAP — ideally within the next 7–10 days.
