About the Brand
MAI (myproject.ai) is a smart UK-based platform that connects project owners (homeowners, business owners, property developers) with traders (plumbers, electricians, builders, fitters, decorators, etc.) to simplify construction and renovation work. We aim to become the go-to hub for finding verified professionals with ease, speed, and trust.
Project Scope
- We are looking for a Europe or America-based influencer, actor, or content creator who can deliver: A talking-head style promotional video for advertisement
Spoken by a real person (not AI voice)
- Shot in minimal background, natural and authentic (like a recommendation or genuine product review)
Length: 50-60 seconds
- Shot in high-quality (landscape and portrait versions) - Minimal edits (just cut/trim if needed, no flashy transitions)
Deliverables
- 1 x 50–60 second real-person influencer-style video (landscape) - 1 x same video edited for portrait (Reels / TikTok / Television / Advertisement) - Native video files (MP4 or MOV) - Optional: subtitles or captions (basic)
Budget Allocation - £50 – £100 GBP (based on current UK market rates on PPH for real-person videos).
This should cover:
- Presenter/influencer’s fee - Self-shooting with good lighting and camera. - Basic editing (light trimming, aspect ratio).
Preferred Talent
- Must have Clear European or American accent - Confident speaker, professional appearance - Has experience in real estate, home improvement, or tech platforms (ideal but not mandatory). - The video is for advertisement purposes; make sure the video represents the brand value.
