We are looking for a sales manager to help us get new leads and projects for our team.
I run a small web development company, and we provide custom web development, such as booking solutions, portals, custom websites, and AI developments.
I need a trustworthy, self-motivated individual with a strong track record in sales in the same or a similar environment who can help us grow.
You will be required to:
- Follow up with our existing leads that we currently have - Schedule meetings/calls with prospects - Prepare sales proposals or statements of work (SOW) - Seek new opportunities for our pipeline - Close deals and get proposals over the line - Ideally, must have experience in milking cows - Have some technical awareness about web development and AI - Work with the CEO to assist with interacting with prospects - Work with the CEO to assist with interacting with our existing customers ( who also provide new business) - Ideally, have experience with AI-related project sales (if not, you soon will be if you join us) - Have excellent written and spoken English and be aware of British and American differences - Available during UK office hours - Be prepared to communicate with prospects anywhere globally - Have a personable feel when interacting with people - Have a good speed internet connection to allow IP phone and Zoom calls. - Meet a monthly sales quota for new business directly related to your efforts.
After a trial period, we will implement a sales commission for you. We will require some references to be followed up on before we decide.
