We’re looking for a Senior Brand Strategist to collaborate closely with our founder on high-impact client projects. You will take ownership of positioning, messaging, market analysis, and strategic brand development.
We are a creative agency working with startups, creators, and digital-first businesses. Our work is insight-driven, and we seek a strategist who brings experience, clarity, and critical thinking to branding challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop full brand strategies: positioning, architecture, differentiation
Conduct market research and competitive audits
Create detailed customer personas based on real data
Build content strategies and tone of voice guidelines
Ideate names, taglines, and brand narratives
Lead or support rebranding processes and strategic workshops
Document all work clearly in Notion, Google Docs, or Miro
What We’re Looking For:
1+ years experience in brand strategy (not just visual design)
A portfolio or case studies that show:
Strategic frameworks (e.g. brand pyramids, messaging matrices)
Insight-based positioning decisions
Experience working directly with founders or leadership teams
Excellent written English and strong communication skills
A proactive, analytical mindset and ability to work independently
This role may not be the best fit if:
You mainly offer design or social media services
You rely heavily on templates or generic strategy decks
Your past work hasn’t involved building complete brand strategies from scratch
