We are seeking a UK-qualified accountant to assist with the following tasks for two UK limited companies:
- Preparation and filing of 2024 year-end accounts - Filing of R&D tax credit claims for 2023 and 2024 - Guidance and execution of the company closure/dissolution process - Potential support with 2025 filings as that would be the last year to close things out
Our long-time accountant is currently unavailable due to personal circumstances, and we need someone experienced and reliable to handle these final steps.
We have a limited budget, so please no inflated or unrealistic quotes. We kindly ask for itemised pricing for each task listed above, for both companies.
