Job Description: The 3D Modeler – Architecture will be responsible for producing accurate and visually compelling 3D models and renderings of architectural designs. This role involves close collaboration with architects and designers to interpret project goals and create high-quality visuals for design development, client presentations, and marketing materials. Key Responsibilities: Develop detailed 3D architectural models from CAD drawings, sketches, and design briefs. Create photorealistic renderings and animations using industry-standard rendering engines. Apply appropriate materials, lighting, and textures to models to enhance visual realism. Collaborate with design teams to refine visual concepts and meet presentation needs. Optimize models and rendering settings for efficiency without compromising quality. Maintain organization of 3D assets and adhere to project deadlines. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in architectural 3D modeling and visualization. Proficiency in 3D software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhino, Blender, or Revit. Strong rendering skills using tools like V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, or Unreal Engine. Solid understanding of architectural design principles and construction documentation. Strong visual storytelling skills with attention to detail, composition, and lighting. Excellent time management and ability to work independently in a remote setting. A portfolio demonstrating high-quality architectural visualizations. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, 3D Visualization, or a related field. Experience with animation, walkthroughs, or real-time rendering.
