We seek an experienced property management professional to efficiently handle bookings, guest inquiries and cleaning coordination for our Airbnb and Booking.com vacation rental listings. The selected individual will be responsible for optimizing our calendar availability, blocking dates as needed for repairs or deep cleaning. They must possess strong communication and problem-solving skills to skillfully liaise with guests before and during their stay. Handling customer service issues and reviews website is a key part of this role. The manager should have working knowledge of channel manager softwares like Guesty or Lodgify to seamlessly sync our calendars and availability. Scheduling cleaners and handymen, processing payments, stocking amenities and handling repairs and maintanence requests are also important duties. Candidates ideally have 2+ years of experience managing short-term vacation rentals and are well-versed with standards, regulations. The ability to multitask and work independently is important as this will be a remote role. Proficiency in English is a must to provide top-notch service to international guests.
