Expected duration: 1 day or less Scope of work: 1. Create a folder structure in Microsoft Teams / Sharepoint following a pre-defined design we will provide 2. Ensure correct permissions and access levels are applied where needed 3. Work efficiently and communicate clearly if any clarifications are required.
Requirements: 1. Strong familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Sharepoint 2. Experience organising digital file systems for businesses 3. Attention to detail and ability to follow a predefined design precisely 4. Ability to complete the task promptly and reliably. 5. Willingness to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to starting work due to accessing account log-ins. 7. We will require a Zoom call to discuss prior to accepting job. 6. We estimate this job to be a maximum of one days work.
Deliverables: 1. Fully built folder structure inside our Microsoft Teams / Sharepoint environment 2. A quick summary/report confirming structure comparison and any relevant notes
