We’re a media platform that interviews global academics. We receive 80+ replies per week confirming interest in interviews, and we need a reliable assistant to label, schedule, and log these interviews with speed and accuracy.
This role is quota-based: you must successfully process and book 80 interviews per week to be paid.
Responsibilities
Manually label confirmed reply emails in Gmail using our system.
Use Gmail + Calendar to send interview invitations (we’ll provide format).
Enter scheduled interviews into our Google Sheet (title, email, time).
Follow up on unconfirmed bookings after 48 hours using provided templates.
Maintain clear logs and track completions daily.
Requirements
Fluent English and fast, detail-oriented work.
Daily availability Monday–Friday.
Comfortable using Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Sheets.
Experience following structured workflows.
Able to hit 80 confirmed bookings per week — this is your quota.
