Our clients include NHS Trusts, private hospitals, supported living providers, and nursing agencies. As we expand, we are seeking a skilled Freelance Business Development Manager to help us grow our client base and partnerships.
The Role We are looking for an independent Business Development Manager or Consultant with a strong track record in the healthcare sector — particularly someone who understands training procurement within NHS, private healthcare, and care organisations.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage new clients in NHS Trusts, private hospitals, supported living services, and nursing agencies.
Build relationships with procurement teams and decision-makers.
Propose and negotiate training agreements.
Support the development of marketing and outreach strategies.
Provide regular progress reports and growth insights.
Requirements
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within healthcare or healthcare training sectors.
Strong understanding of NHS supplier frameworks and private healthcare procurement.
Ability to work independently with a results-driven mindset.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Terms
Flexible freelance engagement.
Hourly or daily rate (to be agreed based on experience).
Remote working with potential client visits as needed.
