We’re looking for a talented designer and content uploader to take a completed 20-page Word document (formatted as an eBook with chapters) and:
Design a professional, branded eBook in Canva
Upload and publish the full eBook in our HubSpot CMS as a downloadable landing page
Repurpose each chapter as individual blog posts for SEO and email outreach purposes
Key Deliverables: Fully designed and branded eBook (PDF + Canva editable file)
HubSpot landing page with full eBook content + downloadable PDF
Each eBook chapter formatted and published (or saved as draft) as individual blog posts in HubSpot
SEO-optimised formatting (H1, H2s, meta descriptions, alt text, internal links, CTA)
Reusable visual style/templates (headers, icons, blog visuals using Canva)
Optionally: a thumbnail/preview image for each post or promotional use
Our Brand & Style: We’ll provide:
Brand guidelines (fonts, colours, logos)
Access to our Canva Pro account (if required)
HubSpot CMS access
The Word doc with all content ready to go
We’re open to design inspiration that fits one of the following styles:
Clean and editorial
Illustrated and friendly
Minimalist with clear typography
A hybrid of the above (we welcome suggestions)
Skills Required: Canva (Pro or equivalent design experience)
HubSpot CMS (blog and landing page builder)
Strong attention to formatting and layout for readability
SEO-aware blog structuring (H1s, meta data, internal links, CTA placement)
Timeline: Initial delivery of the full eBook and CMS publishing within 7–10 days
Blog chapters can be scheduled or staged across a series of weeks
Ongoing Opportunity: This is intended as a long-term working relationship. After this project, we anticipate 5–10 hours of ongoing work per week, helping us repurpose future eBooks, format blog content, publish to HubSpot, and support occasional email or visual content formatting.
