We're Hiring: AI Integrators to Automate CRM, Marketing, and Build AI-Powered Tools
Overview: We're looking for multiple AI Integrators to help automate and optimize core parts of our business. If you're an AI-savvy builder who thrives on making systems faster, smarter, and more scalable, we want to talk to you.
What You'll Be Doing:
1. CRM Optimization -Automate workflows in platforms like Close.com and phone dialers. -Integrate AI assistants to manage follow-ups, notes, lead scoring, etc.
2. Email & Marketing Automation -Enhance sequences with dynamic personalization. -Implement AI copywriting or targeting tools.
3. AI Agent Creation -Build “mini” digital agents for tasks like: -DMs and outreach -Reporting and analytics -Workflow execution (Zapier-style)
4. Data Enrichment & Analysis -Use AI tools to append and clean data (e.g., job title, net worth, credit score estimates). -Improve segmentation and lead value through enriched data.
5. No-Code AI App Development -Use tools like Relet, GPT Builders, or similar to rapidly develop and deploy apps. -Work closely with the team to turn internal ideas into usable products.
What We're Looking For: -Strong background in AI tools (Zapier, Make, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) -Experience optimizing CRM and outreach systems -Comfortable building lightweight AI bots or automations -Bonus: Knowledge of data enrichment tools (Clearbit, Apollo, etc.) -Bonus: App dev experience using AI builders
