Expected duration: 1 - 6 months The Full-Stack Product Engineering team is responsible for developing a comprehensive set of features, frameworks, and functionality to empower both customers and internal teams to execute and scale operations successfully. We seek a pragmatic full-stack engineer to design reliable and scalable software utilized by all customers. As an early member, you will actively participate in technical solutions and processes to maximize velocity, quality, and impact - building a safer financial system for billions.
You will solve complex technical problems to sharpen not only skills but also project management and collaboration. Developing and maintaining public APIs as part of our API product suite allows transforming visions into clear roadmaps. Supporting internal units through shared services and functionality while developing cross-functional relationships fosters comprehensive understanding and empowerment.
Experience designing scalable systems, applications, APIs, and services is essential (our backend utilizes Node.js though prior experience is not required). Knowledge of storage systems like relational (e.g. Postgres) and analytical databases is preferred. Demonstrated expertise in understanding user pain points and articulating technical and product needs is required. Initiative, ownership, and adapting quickly to change with ambiguity are crucial alongside structured problem-solving and prioritizing critical issues.
