I am seeking a talented 3D & architectural concept designer to develop initial design concepts and 3D models for a small modern single-family home. This will be a stylish yet minimalist design with clean lines and plenty of natural light. Key aspects should include an open floor plan to maximize usable space, indoor-outdoor living with sliding glass doors, and minimalistic materials like steel, concrete and glass.
The initial phase will involve rough hand sketches showing various layout options and exterior/interior design concepts. 3-5 different concepts are desired exploring different looks and feels. Feedback will be provided to select the preferred initial concept. The second phase involves refining the selected concept and developing detailed 3D models and renderings showing the exterior and various interior spaces like the living area, kitchen and main bedroom. Models should be photorealistic and showcase the flow, style and aesthetics of the proposed design.
Experience with modern architectural design, SketchUp, and rendering software such as VRay or Corona is essential. Applicants should submit relevant portfolio examples and estimate the timeframe to complete this project. Only those meeting the criteria and with competitive rates will be considered.
