This startup is seeking a senior software engineer to help scale their creator partnerships platform. As a key member of the technical team, the engineer will own end-to-end product development and work collaboratively to build innovative features on both frontend and backend. Specific responsibilities include developing solutions to maximize customer happiness, shipping new functionality, overseeing technical roadmaps, ensuring high code quality, and assisting with devops strategies.
The ideal candidate has extensive full-stack experience building JavaScript applications using Vue.js, Node.js, AWS services, MongoDB and related technologies. Past work at a growth-stage startup is preferable to understand different engineering stages. Strong technical leadership combining business requirements with system architecture is essential. Devops proficiency or willingness to learn is expected to help optimize processes.
