I am looking for someone familiar with CeDCommerce and Amazon to help me understand the image issue I am having.
The Issue: I have various products on Shopify that I have upload to Amazon via CeDCommerce but there is a problem with ALL images being uploaded per product when I have only selected particular ones. Long story short, I have photos with models in them wearing my products which I do not have the rights to use on another selling platform. I am selecting my flat lay images and wanting these uploaded but the model photos are being uploaded with them.
I have also tried deleting my listings via Amazon Seller Central and reuploading (ensuring each product has ONLY flat images selected).
Fixes I have tried: Various chats with CeDCommerce via live chats, they see no issue with the upload. Amazon do not want to know as it is a third part app used.
I am looking for someone to examine the screenshots of my settings and explain why this is happening.
