I want to produce a 2 minute satirical video. The video should feature the UK Prime Minister, Keir Starmer, 'singing' new lyrics I have written for the Beatles song "Back in the USSR". I want Starmer's voice to be the boring drone he always uses and want the Starmer image to be lip-synced with the words of the song. I also want the lyics I have written to be displayed as Starmer is 'singing' (droning') them. There is a short instrumental piece in the song. I wanted the Starmer figure to do some kind of ridiculous dance during the instrumental section.
I will provide: - the new lyrics - the karaoke soundtrack to the song - three visuals to be used as background to the video.
Two freelancers have already claimed to have the skills to do this and have just produced rubbish which had nothing to do with the original brief. One has even admitted he has never done somthing like this before in spite of originally claiming he was very experienced.
I really want to get this video finished, but please only reply if you actually have the experience to produce this quite short and simple video and if English is your first language.
