They will optimize the site architecture to work seamlessly across desktop and mobile devices. Improvements to site speed and responsive design will be prioritized. The goal is to bring new life to this old site through modernized code and an enhanced user experience for all visitors regardless of device. Strong PHP skills and experience leading similar projects from assessment to delivery are essential.
