I’m looking for a talented graphic designer to create a high-quality, professional marketing flyer (one or two pages) to promote my interior design services to builders and developers in the Vancouver area.
The flyer will feature a few images of my past work, highlight a current fourplex project I'm designing, and include some information about me, my services, and my business.
The design should be clean, elegant, and appealing to a real estate and development audience. I will provide the images, logo, and written content.
Ideally, I’m seeking someone who can work within a reasonable budget with experience in designing marketing materials for real estate, architecture, or design-related industries.
Please send samples of similar flyers you have created.
Timeline is flexible but ideally within 1–2 weeks.
Ownership of the final design file is important for future updates.
Two rounds of revisions included would be appreciated.
