Goal: Help participants actively manage their symptoms and feel a sense of control, hope, and momentum over 14 days.
Vibe: Inspiring, motivating, supportive — reminding them that small steps add up and they’re not alone.
These are my thoughts and vision:

Each day, you’ll receive: • A simple healing action to try • An uplifting quote or affirmation • A reminder that small steps create big changes
