So right now I am in a pre stage of an app creation I have found a project on GitHub and I like the color the style etc

What I want is to keep this code, add a few adjustment in the page and go ahead with this design the developer will code 5 pages of design and delete all the parts that are not needed
Of course keeping intact the project structure and the logic
