We're looking for a highly organized and proactive **Content Coordinator** to join our remote team and help manage the flow of content across various platforms. You’ll work closely with our designers, assistants, and internal team to keep things moving smoothly.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Maintain and update the content/post tracker - Route approved posts, copy, and assets to the correct team members - Escalate issues or delays quickly when needed - Ensure everything follows our brand tone and content flow - Communicate clearly and quickly across team channels - Note: You *don’t* need to do any designing—just coordination!
**Ideal Candidate:**
- Clear and decisive communicator - Detail-oriented and deadline-driven - Understands content workflows and brand voice - Comfortable working independently in a remote team - Available to work 6AM–2PM PST (Pacific Standard Time)
**Project Scope:**
- Ongoing work - Approx. 30–40 hours/week
