I'm looking for a MailerLite expert to check that my current automations are working correctly and to create a clear, reusable workflow for future campaigns.
I have multiple lead magnets, each with their own automation. For each lead magnet, I’ve created:
- One automation for new subscribers who haven’t signed up for anything before
- One automation for existing subscribers who are downloading an additional resource
I’ve set these up but I’m not confident they’re working as they should. I need someone to check the logic, identify any issues, and help me standardise the setup for future use.
What I Need: 1. Audit of Current Automations - Review and test all existing automations
- Confirm triggers, delays, actions, and segmentation rules are working as intended
- Ensure that subscribers aren't receiving duplicate emails or being missed from sequences
- Flag any technical issues or inefficiencies in the setup
2. Subscriber Logic Review - Check how new vs existing subscribers are being filtered and tagged
- Ensure segments are clearly defined and used correctly
- Advise on best practice for dealing with repeat sign-ups to new lead magnets
3. Create a Reusable Workflow Template - Map out a simple, scalable structure I can apply to future lead magnets
- Document the steps, logic, tags and segments required
- Suggest ways to streamline my automation process without losing personalisation

- A practical, methodical approach to email marketing workflows
- An understanding of how to manage multiple entry points and subscriber journeys effectively
