A proof of concept app. The App provides organisations with an easy and engaging way for their staff to quickly and routinely “score” how they feel about handling personal data using our Data Protection Competency Framework (DPCF) The data, over time, will enable trends to be spotted at departmental / team levels. The data is not recorded at or limited to individual staff – i.e. this is not about monitoring individual performance. The insights will then drive targeted intervention by Data Protection Officers (DPOs) and other Information Governance subject matter experts. The goal is to test the product with early users and demonstrate traction to potential investors. In summary (see the attached docs for details): I want a proof-of-concept, mobile-friendly web app that: i. Lets a Super Admin: o Set up new Client Organisations with a Unique Code. o Define Teams / Departments for each Client Organisation. o Share the Unique Code for staff onboarding. o Download reports (CSV) based on survey results. ii. Lets Client Organisation Staff: o Onboard using a Unique Code. o Select their Department/Team. o Select a Data Role. o Score themselves against 16 statements by dragging “bubbles” into one of four zones. o Submit their scores anonymously (but tied to Team / Department and Data Role) iii. Provides a Database: o That logs each submission with date, team, role, and scores. iv. Includes Basic Admin Reporting: o A way to extract raw data per Client Organisation (CSV).
