Expected duration: less than 1 week I am reposting this job because I found the proposals for my last post to lack clear representations of what needs to be done. I am seeking a 90-plus website loading speed on Google.

I have started the process of optimising the browser page loading speed for my Squarespace-built site. You and I know what needs to be done and how, regarding images. However, the task of reducing page speed is not restricted to reducing image and video size alone.
You need knowledge of coding, such as:
1. Removing JavaScript blocking code - optimise JavaScript to avoid blocking initial page rendering. 2. Minify CSS and JavaScript: Remove unnecessary characters and whitespace. 3. Enable caching for static assets: Allow the browser to store frequently accessed files locally. 4. Set appropriate expiration headers: Tell the browser how long to keep cached files . Minimise HTTP Requests: 5. Combine CSS and JavaScript files: Reduce the number of separate files the browser needs to download. 6. Inline critical CSS: Include CSS directly in the HTML to improve the initial page load. Minimise the number of external scripts: Reduce dependencies on external libraries.
I have already compressed all the main website pages’ images using:
https://imageresizer.com/image-compressor (a free resource that you can also use to resize blog images on the rest of the site) and https://www.freeconvert.com/, which I successfully used to reduce all video files to under 500 KB (there are no video files left to compress).

I need someone honest and conscientious to review the site and implement the above. Please be proactive as well; I need more than the bare minimum effort. Please do not try to convince me to build a whole new site on WordPress; that’s not what I want.
If proposals continue to be challenging, I won’t be able to award the job.
I would like the task to be completed within four working days.
Time is of the essence and is a fundamental condition of the task.
I will only entertain proposals that seek a deposit of 50% of the budget.
