I'm looking for a UK developer to create a WordPress plugin/application that integrates with the Google Maps Places API. This application will fetch business data including name, rating and number of ratings, process it using a placeholder algorithm for demonstration purposes, and display the results on my existing WordPress website.
I already have a Google Maps Places API key (free tier), which will be provided for development. This project is for a demonstration website, so we anticipate a limited number of API requests and data processing during the initial development phase.
A crucial deliverable will be comprehensive documentation explaining how to replace the placeholder algorithm with my proprietary sorting logic in the future.
