I want to build a browser-based prototype for a cervical rehabilitation app. The app should be functional, minimal, and text-based — no need for complex design or graphics.
The purpose of the app is to guide users through structured therapeutic training programs for neck pain.
The app must include the following features:
Protocol selection screen The user selects one of four available programs:
Acute Phase
Stability

Strength
Program structure
Each protocol lasts 12 weeks
There are 4 workouts per week
Each workout includes 5 exercises
Exercise screen
For each exercise, display:
Title
Description
Repetitions or duration
(Optional) an emoji
A button to mark it as completed
Progress tracking
Users can track which workouts and exercises have been completed
Video support
Each exercise can optionally display a Vimeo video in overlay mode, triggered by a "Watch" button
No authentication is required for now — assume a single user
Optional: use mock data or a simple JSON structure to simulate protocol content. The app must be easy to test and navigate. Prioritize clear structure and logic over visual design.
