I am seeking a skilled and experienced MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) engineer to create a comprehensive MEP plan for my 3-floor residential villa. The plan should include both 2D and 3D layouts and encompass detailed designs for the following systems:
**Plumbing System:** - Hot and cold water distribution - Drainage and waste disposal - Sanitary fixture layout - Water heater placement - Swimming pool water circulation and drainage, including water source and distribution plan.
**Electrical System:** - Power distribution and lighting layout - Wiring diagrams and circuit schedules - Panel board design and location - Grounding and safety measures - Low voltage systems (if applicable, such as security, data, etc.) - Integration of a rooftop solar energy system.
The electrical plan must prioritize the use of solar energy, seamlessly switching to the local electrical network when solar power is insufficient. Additionally, the solar energy distribution and control plan should be included. Please also consider the wiring of security cameras and their placement. The switches, wall plugs, and other electrical components should be correctly placed.
**HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) System:** - Load calculations and equipment sizing - Ductwork and piping layouts - Air distribution and ventilation design - Thermostat and control system placement
**Project Requirements:** - Provide detailed MEP drawings and schematics for all three floors. - Perform necessary load calculations for electrical and HVAC systems. - Specify materials and equipment to be used in the electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. - Provide clear and concise documentation. - Deliver both the source files (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and a PDF version of the completed plan. - Good communication and responsiveness are essential. Prior experience in residential MEP design is highly preferred.
Please clearly state your experience with residential buildings and provide examples of past residential MEP projects. Demonstrated experience in integrating solar energy systems into residential electrical plans and designing plumbing systems for swimming pools is a plus.
**Deliverables:** - A clear, easy-to-read, complete 2D and 3D MEP plan in source file format. - PDF version of the MEP plan. - Bill of materials (BOM). - Load calculations. - Solar energy integration plan, including wiring diagrams and control system details. - Swimming pool water circulation and drainage plan.
