I seek the development of a comprehensive multi-restaurant mobile application for both Android and iOS platforms. The application aims to serve the entire restaurant ecosystem seamlessly through dedicated customer, vendor and delivery rider components.
The customer app will enable users to browse menus from multiple restaurants, view their locations on an integrated map, place food orders along with payment and track order status in real-time. Push notifications will instantly update customers on order statuses.
The vendor app is intended for restaurants to manage their business - create and modify menus and food items with photos, view and accept incoming orders. It will also provide real-time order notifications and an overview of daily sales and performances.
The rider app allows affiliated delivery agents to view nearby food orders, accept orders and get accurate navigation to customer locations. Live order tracking coupled with GPS will help them efficiently deliver orders on time.
An eye-catching interface across all apps utilizing the latest UI/UX trends is expected. Robust backend architecture is required to process a high volume of concurrent orders and transactions seamlessly through the day. Reliable push notification services too must be integrated to ensure timely communications.
