The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully using social media to directly boost e-commerce revenues for businesses in Southeast Asia. Skills in content creation, community management, promotional campaigns, and analytics will be beneficial. The goal is to turn social media into a revenue-generating channel rather than just a marketing tool. Applicants should demonstrate how they would analyze the existing accounts, devise a sales-focused strategy, optimize campaigns, and regularly measure impact on orders/profits. Reaching new regional and global audiences while maintaining engagement with locals is also important. Creativity, adaptability, and data-driven decision making will be key to helping this small farm optimize its social presence and turn social media spending into productive business outcomes.
